Burnt mound in Moanroe (duhallow By.)

In level pasture, in an area recently planted with trees. An irregularly shaped spread (c. 9m N-S; c. 6m E-W) of heat-shattered stones and charcoal-enriched soil truncated by a NE-SW drain. A burnt mound (CO032-239001-) lies c. 45m to the WSW and a possible burnt mound (CO032-239002-) lies c. 40m to the SSW.
