A burnt mound was identified through test-excavation (Licence no. 06E0799). It measures 10.5m x 8.6m and has been truncated by land drains (Frazer 2007, 28).

Burnt mound, likely dating to the Neolithic or Early Bronze Age. These features are commonly associated with domestic or ritual activities, such as heat-treated stone for cooking or ceremonial purposes.
