Burnt mound in Crushyriree

In tillage, on a NE-facing slope and 13m SW of a stream. An oval spread (9m NE-SW; 12m NW-SE) of heat-shattered stones and charcoal-enriched soil. Two more possible burnt mounds (CO064-148002-, CO064-148003-) lie c. 200m to the SSE and SE, respectively. The above description is derived from 'The Archaeological Inventory of County Cork.
