The site has been stripped and excavation has started. The remains consist of four burnt mounds (three found in testing and a new one). Burnt mound; likely Bronze Age. The site shows evidence of ritual or domestic activity involving heat, typical of burnt mounds associated with prehistoric water management or ceremonial practices.
