Burnt mound in Ballyboggan

Situated on a N-facing slope overlooking the inner harbour of Wexford. Archaeological testing (06E1089) identified the remains of a burnt mound spread (dims c. 27m x c. 23m) in Trench 13 of Field 11 on an extensive development site.
