A spread of burnt mound material (8m diam.) was identified though test-excavation (Licence no. 06E0799). Located within the same field as oval hut (DU005-166----) (Frazer 2007, 36).

Burnt mound, likely dating to the Bronze Age. Its association with an oval hut suggests it may have been part of a domestic or ritual site, reflecting early heating or cooking practices.
