Killberehert, a mile west of Deelish in County Cork, holds the buried identity of the ogham stone discovered in 1826. The stone left the earth and entered a collection, but the graveyard remains unnamed in common memory. It is the lost address of a marker that travelled while its context stayed behind.

According to the index file card for this record, this graveyard is referred to in the 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork - vol. 3 Mid-Cork' (1997, 166-7) under the entry (no. 7961) for an ogham stone (CO060-171----). The graveyard is mentioned as follows: 'Discovered in 1826 and later presented to the Royal Cork Institution (Brash 1869, 254)...Brash gave the find spot as 'in a killeen at Leades, on the townland of Deelish, and parish of Aghabulloge' (Brash, ibid.), but then added 'the actual place where the stone was found is known as Killberehert' (ibid.); there is no known burial ground in Deelish (Leades is name of house at S end of Deelish) but the burial ground of 'Killberehert' (9338) is 1 mile to W of Deelish in townland of Kilberrihert.
