Cinn Aird Thoir holds a large boulder with a circular depression, hidden outside the historic graveyard until recent extension work revealed it. The stone measures 0.86m long and 0.65m wide, while its central hollow reaches 0.17m deep. It may have marked prayer, memory or burial long before the graveyard claimed that place.

Discovered when the graveyard (KE053-053004-) was recently extended. The stone is 0.86m long x 0.65m wide and the circular depression in the centre of its upper surface is 0.33 to 0.35m in diameter and 0.17m deep. The above description is derived from J. In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research. In 2011 a graveyard survey carried out by Ann Frykler and Robert Hanbidge of Headland Archaeology Ltd. recorded the following details about the bullaun stone: ‘Located outside the historic section of the graveyard to the north within an overgrown area is a large boulder with a bullaun’ (Hanbidge 2011, 13).
