Detached Industrial building, c. 1925, with later addition to rear. Profiled asbestos roofs, re-clad in corrugated metal in places. Concrete frame with steel infill glazing, steel staircase to front. Steel glazing to upper storeys, timber glazing to parts of ground floor. Formerly part of the Henry Ford & Son Motor Works, now part of Marina Commercial Park.
Although altered, retains some early twentieth-century industrial features; significant as part of former Henry Ford & Son Motor Works. Probably designed by the American architect Albert Kahn who acted as the main industrial architect for the Ford Motor Company.
