Detached four-bay single-storey house, built c. 1860, having timber gable-fronted porch to front. Hipped slate roof with rendered chimneystack. Roughcast-rendered walls. Square-headed openings having render surrounds and one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows with painted sills. Square-headed opening having half-glazed timber panelled door. Square-headed half-glazed timber panelled door to porch.
Well-proportioned house, retaining its original form and window fenestration. The façade is enlivened by the ornate porch with timber finial.
