Boulder-burial in Caherkirky — Report the wrong picture

Two massive boulder burials stand five metres apart in level pasture near the headwaters of the Ihernagh river, their western cover stone sloping downward as if guiding water or memory toward the sea. The eastern monument reveals one thick support stone beneath its cover, while a separate standing stone watches from the northeast. These are not decorative ruins but functional chambers where people once placed the dead beneath weight and earth. The stones still hold that shape, preserving a moment when human life first became part of the ground rather than standing above it.
