Later the home of the talented Ferrey family, including George, Priory organist for 50 years, brother of BENJAMIN FERREY 1810-1880 renowned ecclesiastical architect trained by Pugin the Elder, and Hon. Benjamin Ferrey was a renowned ecclesiastical architect trained by Augustus Pugin, known for his work on numerous church restorations and designs; his brother George Ferrey served as the Priory organist for 50 years, both contributing significantly to the architectural and musical heritage of their time.
