Bencallen Hill, the Druid's Grave

Scotland's National Record of the Historic Environment records Bencallen Hill, the Druid's Grave as Chambered Cairn (neolithic), Sheepfold (post Medieval). The official map says its point is accurate as follows: NGR given to the nearest 1m. The record does not by itself mean that the public may enter the place.

Chambered cairn, Neolithic period. It is significant as a rare surviving example of early prehistoric funerary architecture in the region.
