What is recorded here

Greenish-grey hill
Beinn Ghlas is a low, greenish-grey hill typically under 300 metres in height. Its name, meaning "Blue Hill" in Gaelic, may refer to its distant appearance or the colour of its heather-covered slopes. Little folklore is recorded, but such hills often feature in local traditions as boundary markers or ancient waystations.
