Detached three-bay two-storey house, built c. 1880, with recessed single-bay single-storey block to left. Hipped artificial slate roof with rendered chimneystacks having decorative clay pots and deep eaves with console brackets. Rendered walls with render plat bands and eaves band. Timber sliding sash windows. Segmental-arched door opening with timber pilaster doorcase, timber panelled door and cobweb fanlight. Boot scrapers to each side of door. Rendered boundary wall to site.
