Battle of Reading (1688) is a major battle site with a checked map point.
William of Orange's forces defeated the Jacobite defenders of King James II; the battle took place on December 2–3, 1688, and facilitated William's advance on London, leading to James II's overthrow and the Glorious Revolution.
