In reclaimed pasture 80m W of the townland boundary with Mitchelstowndown East. Possible barrow (LI049-015----) lies 200m to E. Not depicted on OSi historic maps. Identified as a possible barrow during examination of Bórd Gáis Éireann gas pipeline aerial photographs (BGE 1/5000 2577) taken 03/11/1984. No surface remains visible on Google Earth orthoimages.
