In reclaimed pasture on the floodplain of the Camoge River 270m to W and 80m E of a townland boundary with Herbertstown (Powell). Possible ditch-barrow (LI032-207----) lies 170m to SW. Not depicted on OSi historic maps. Monument identified by the Bruff aerial photographic survey in 1986 (Bruff 179: AP 4/3607), as a small penannular-shaped earthwork. Monument is visible as a roughly circular-shaped earthwork (diam. 10m) on OSi orthoimage taken 2005-2012, on Digital Globe orthoimage taken 2011-2013 and on Google Earth orthoimage taken 25/03/2017.
