In reclaimed pasture 225m E of the townland boundary with Duntryleague. Earthwork (LI049-067----) lies 190m to S. Not depicted on OSi historic maps. Identified as a circular feature during examination of aerial photographs (BGE 1/5000, 78) taken 03/11/1984 on the Bórd Gáis Éireann Curraleigh West-Limerick gas pipeline. Monument is visible as a raised circular-shaped area (diam. c. 27m) defined by a fosse on Google Earth orthoimage dated 18/11/2018 where it is truncated at N by field boundary running E-W. Visible as a circular cropmark on Google Earth orthoimage dated 21/06/2021.
