In pasture. Bowman (1934, 646) recorded 'Tumulus' c. 30m SW of stone row (CO021-05101-); 'This had been completely levelled. Diameter of the outer fence c. 39 feet; diam. at base of mound, c. 27 feet'. No visible surface trace. According to local information, grass growth indicates area of ringbarrow in springtime. A ring-barrow, likely dating to the Early Bronze Age. Its association with a stone row suggests ritual or funerary significance in a prehistoric landscape.
