A sub-circular area (dims. c. 15.9m N-S, c. 14.2m E-W) with dome-shaped rise in the centre. Slight evidence of internal fosse and external bank. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Laois' (Dublin Stationery Office, 1995) compiled by P. David Sweetman, Olive Alcock and Bernie Moran.
