In reclaimed pasture, 120m SW of townland boundary with Ballincolloo. Located within a field system (LI040-061001-) and barrows (LI040-061006/009) lie 35m to the SW . Not marked on OSi historic maps. Small circular cropmark (Site No. 040231) identified during examination of aerial photographs (BGE 1/50000 2553) taken 03/11/1984 on the Bórd Gáis Éireann Curraleigh West-Limerick gas pipeline. No surface remains visible on OSi orthophoto taken between 2005-12. Monument visible as small circular cropmark on Google Earth orthoimage dated 28/06/2018.
