What is recorded here

Single-arch sandstone road bridge, built c. 1810. Rusticated voussoirs to round-headed arches having chamfered arch to north elevation. Snecked parapet walls with rock-faced sandstone copings.
This well designed bridge is indicative of the skill of early nineteenth century craftsmen and engineers. The round-headed arch form a strong, rhythmical silhouette in the landscape.

This does not grant access. Most recorded buildings are privately owned; view them only from public ground unless the owner allows entry.
