Lost fragments of medieval architecture were recorded built into the sacristy wall of the 19th century Roman Catholic church at Clanaphilip before that church was removed in the 1980s. They cannot be located now, leaving only a modern grotto in honour of Our Lady where the wall once stood.

Davies (1948, 98) recorded that a number of medieval architectural fragments had been built into the sacristy wall of the 19th century Roman Catholic church at Clanaphilip (CV033-049001-). This church was removed in the 1980s and its site is today partly occupied by a modern grotto in honour of Our Lady. The architectural fragments cannot be located now.
