In the OPW store, Kilkenny (Kilkenny depot stone carving number: KD050). A moulded limestone square pillar base (dims. 0.19m x 0.2m; T 0.11m), possibly part of the entablature of a Renaissance-style late 16th/early 17th-century wall monument. The pillar itself (dims. 0.1m x 0.1m) is broken at the base. Between it and the convex base there is a projecting moulding (dims. 0.13m x 0.13m; T 0.018m).
