Architectural fragment in Burgagery-Lands West is an architectural fragment in Burgagery-Lands West, County Tipperary, Ireland. It stands in the external yard north of the Franciscan friary church. The top of the limestone crocket finial is missing, but two rows of crockets shaped like stylised figs remain on a stone base that tapers from 0.25 metres by 0.18 metres to 0.05 metres.

In the external yard N of the church of the Franciscan friary (TS083-019003-). A limestone crocket finial (base dims. 0.25m x 0.18m; tapering to 0.05m; H 0.47m), the top of which is missing. The stone is dressed with deep punch-tooling in horizontal rows and there are two rows of crockets which are like stylised figs in appearance.
