Three irregular boulders, half-swallowed by peat and leaning like tired sentinels, mark a forgotten chamber in Derryinver. They may be the last visible bones of a megalithic tomb, yet even that claim remains uncertain because so little survives. The earth has taken most of the meaning, leaving only a small arc of stone to tempt imagination.

Some 35m SW of a stone row (GA010-008----). Three irregular boulders (Hs 0.35m, 0.65m, 0.6m), embedded in the peat and all listing markedly, appear to form an arc or chamber (N-S 2.25m). Killanin (1954, 98-9), followed by Gibbons and Higgins (1988a, 58), has suggested that this is the remains of a megalithic tomb but the remains are insufficient to permit classification.
