Abbie Larkin

Abbie Larkin was born in Ringsend, Dublin, on 27 April 2005, and her early football years were shaped by the local pitch at Cambridge FC. At nine she joined The Metropolitan Girls League Academy two years before the usual age, suggesting the neighbourhood already recognised a intensity that needed room to grow. She later scored on her senior debut for Shelbourne and helped win the 2021 Women's National League title, carrying that Ringsend sharpnes into clubs across Ireland, Scotland and England.
