Witches Point marks a Post Medieval rabbit warren beside Dunraven Castle in the Vale of Glamorgan. Rabbit warrens fed estates, dressed tables and occupied men with tedious, dangerous work: digging, guarding and killing enough rabbits to keep a house in meat. The point may have been a lookout, a trap line or a boundary marker for that busy, stinking, lively place.
