What is recorded here

This slate commemorative plaque records: 1912-2002 1908-1998 Win & Fred Binney. My dearest mum & dad, how previous you have always been to me. Time does not help the pain of losing you from my sight, but in my heart you remain alive. How I cry then laugh when I think of our times together. We will always be your deeply devoted family. Carole, Freddy, Jannine & Grandchildren. Barbican people both died at 90 - it must have been all that fish.
Win Binney (1912-2002) and Fred Binney (1908-1998) were a long-lived couple remembered by their family for the enduring impact of their presence, though their broader historical significance is not recorded.

A plaque record does not grant entry to a building or private land. View it from a public place unless permission is clearly given.
