The *Wicklow II* was a wooden steamship built in 1874 in Belfast, primarily operating as a passenger and cargo vessel in Irish and Scottish waters. It was lost in 1896 in the North Channel, likely due to a collision or grounding, with no lives lost but significant cargo lost; its wreck remains a notable example of 19th-century steam navigation in the region.
