Described in Civil Survey (1654-6) as 'one fishing weare unrepayred' (Simington 1934, vol. 2, 300) on the Nenagh River. No visible remains. Weir remains unlocated within Ballycommon/Ballyannymore townlands. The above description is derived from 'The Archaeological Inventory of County Tipperary.
