Curran and Drumaliss in County Antrim held a Viking burial, though no exact date or named person has reached us. The men may have fallen during a raid or settled quietly along the coast before dying away from home. Either way, they were buried together, far from the lands they knew, and the earth kept their bones long after the ships disappeared.
