This rose garden was planted on 27th March 1995 by Stapleford Town Council to commemorate the 50th anniversary of V.E. Day and all who have fallen in the service of their town and country
The V.E. Day Rose Garden was established by Stapleford Town Council in 1995 to mark the 50th anniversary of Victory in Europe Day and honor those who died in service. It serves as a lasting memorial to local sacrifices during wartime.
