Killygore in County Antrim held urn burials from the Bronze Age, when people placed their dead inside clay rather than bare earth. The vessels turned loss into craft, shaping heat and pressure into containers for what remained of a life. That much is clear. What is missing is the voice that spoke over the urn, the hand that buried it, and the name they gave the person inside.
