What is recorded here

Tower (in Ruins) is a ruined circular windmill on a steep Galway hillock, its opposing doorways still facing north and south while the Killaclogher River flows nearby. It may have turned grain into flour, given bread to nearby lives, or simply marked a family’s claim to the hill. The ruined chamber does not need a warning label; its shape and location already say what it was.

Situated in a forested area on top of a steep hillock; the Killaclogher River flows to NW. Circular three-storey windmill (D 3.35m, H 5.2m) in fair condition. Opposing doorways survive at N and S, the latter is partially blocked. A rectangular window is visible on 1st floor above S doorway.
