Tobernamonastragh, also known as Bofeenaun, is a holy well associated with Saint Mona or Monach, a 7th-century Irish saint linked to several holy sites in County Clare and Kerry. The well's name derives from "Tobar Mhona na Stri," meaning "Well of Mona the Woman," and it was traditionally visited for healing, particularly for female-related ailments and fertility.
