Tobermacduagh is a holy well traditionally associated with Saint MacDuagh, an early Irish Christian saint venerated for his miracles and healing powers. The well is believed to have curative properties, particularly for ailments of the eyes and skin, and was historically visited as part of pilgrimage traditions.
