Toberarraghta is a fairy fort, a stone ringfort in County Clare where the boundary between human law and ancient claim dissolves. People may have built it, fled it or forgotten it, but the stones still exclude ordinary ownership. The fort does not need a date to be real; it waits for patience and refuses haste.

Toberarraghta Fort, Killeenan is a ringfort, a circular defensive earthwork typically dating to the early medieval period (c. 500–1000 AD), commonly associated with Irish farming communities. Local folklore may link such sites to the "fairy folk," with traditions of supernatural inhabitants or hidden otherworldly realms.
