Thomas Humber was a pioneering British engineer who manufactured some of the earliest bicycles, motorcycles, and cars in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, contributing significantly to the development of the UK's automotive and cycling industries. His work laid the foundation for the growth of Coventry as a major centre for vehicle production.
