Taymouth Castle, the Dairy is a modern ditch beside Perth and Kinross, recorded only as a ditch and located within ten metres on the official map. It may have marked a boundary, drained wet ground or guided people past the castle grounds. The absence of a grand name does not reduce the ditch, because even a small cut changes the shape of the land and the memory of the place.

Scotland's National Record of the Historic Environment records Taymouth Castle, the Dairy as Ditch (modern). The official map says its point is accurate as follows: NGR given to the nearest 10m. The record does not by itself mean that the public may enter the place.
