This brushed metal commemorative plaque records: Stuart Gilson. It was said one night I walked this way but on the path I did not stay I give these railings to one and all and I hope that, if in danger, they stop your fall
Stuart Gilson was a local resident remembered for donating railings to his community; his act of generosity is commemorated through a plaque with a poem expressing the hope that the railings would protect others.
