Scotland's National Record of the Historic Environment records Stronsay, Stebb Hill as Chambered Cairn (neolithic)(possible). The official map says its point is accurate as follows: NGR given to the nearest 1m. The record does not by itself mean that the public may enter the place.

Neolithic chambered cairn, dating to approximately 3000–2500 BCE. It represents an important example of prehistoric funerary architecture in Orkney, reflecting the cultural and ritual practices of early farming communities in northern Scotland.
