What is recorded here
Castle Court in Stranraer holds two numbered houses from the 19th Century. They stand in Dumfries and Galloway, small enough to escape memory but steady enough to mark the town's growth. Whether they served merchants, fishermen or officials remains unknown, but their survival suggests they were useful and worth keeping.
