Double-height warehouse, c. 1860, with limestone ashlar façade and cut stone carriage arches to Ship Street; altered and extended to Lower Glanmire Road end. Corrugated asbestos pitched roof. In use as car park.
Although altered and extended, this building retains elements of a fine 19th century warehouse such as the ashlar façade to the quays and the carriage arches to Ship Street.
