End-of-terrace three-bay two-storey gable-fronted warehouse, built c. 1860, with vehicular entrance inserted to ground floor. Pitched slate roof with red brick chimneystack. Rubble stone walls with brick dressings to openings. Segmental-arched window openings with replacement windows. Metal roller door to vehicular entrance.
This warehouse forms part of an interesting group with the former industrial buildings in this area, and these buildings contribute to the unique character of this part of the city. The building retains interesting features and materials, such as the slate roof, segmental-arched openings and brick dressings.
