Detached gable-fronted three-bay three-storey warehouse, built c. 1870, with single-bay full-height recessed loading bay to centre having segmental-arched openings and five-bay three-storey side elevation to south. Pitched and hipped slate roofs with clay ridge tiles and sandstone ashlar corbelled support at roof level with iron chute originally spanning across street. Rendered walls having projecting eaves band, render lettering to pediment and curvilinear springers. No sills and boarded shutters to openings. Timber double-leaf doors to loading bay at all levels. Freestanding rubble stone-built piers, built c. 1870, to west with remains of iron chute over. Section of iron chute over road, c. 1870, now removed.
