Group of industrial buildings comprising double-gable-fronted iron-framed warehouse, c. 1900, and detached three-storey flat-roofed block, c. 1960; formerly site of electric power station. Iron framed building with brick infill panels having corrugated asbestos pitched roofs to main block.
This group of industrial buildings, although altered and extended, form an important part of the overall stock of buildings which gives this part of the city its industrial character.
