Freestanding square-profile limestone obelisk, erected c. 1830, being stepped with three stages and having conical cap with cut limestone string course. Rubble walling with cut limestone copings to each stage. Metal lightening conductor to top.
This free-standing monument is a striking example of an early nineteenth-century memorial. It was erected to the memory of a loyal dog by its grateful owner. It is an interesting historic landmark in the district.
