What is recorded here
No visible stone remains in the Tullig pasture, though a small gallan measured four feet high stood there when the Co. Kerry Field Club recorded it in 1945. The earth has swallowed the marker, leaving only level grass and memory behind.
In pasture, on level terrain. The Minute Book of the Co. Kerry Field Club (1945, 612) records ‘a small gallan…four feet high by two feet wide by nine inches thick’ at this location. No visible surface trace of the standing stone was evident when surveyed in 1985.
